We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be a point of contact for our new and existing customers.
Your primary focus will be on the needs of our customers and help find solutions to their needs.
Listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem.
Will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies.
This position is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information - Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products or services - Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Skills:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively - Experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred - Ability to analyze situations and problem-solve effectively - Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages along with opportunities for career growth.
