EAST O&M, a multi-service facility management & Base Operations Support provider to military installations has an opening for a GENERAL CLERK with the following:
01110 GENERAL CLERK (Occupational Base) The General Clerk follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence.
Responsibilities would include filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file, or operating office equipment, (e.
g.
, photocopy, or mailing machine).
This position will work under close supervision and follow specific procedures or detailed instructions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent computer and word processing skills (Word and Excel) Must have hands-on and working knowledge of the NEXGEN Asset Management System Must have working knowledge and experience with Work Order processing Prior hands-on and working knowledge of the US Air Force Automated Civil Engineering System (ACES) Experience with Builder TM is preferred Understanding of Costpoint timesheet processing, labor categories, work orders, and invoices Must be able to qualify for and maintain the appropriate Secret Security Clearance Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & physical Must comply with company policies, OSHA, NEC, and base safety Required to follow oral and written directions in English Must possess a valid state's driver's license, or the ability to obtain one.
Other duties and functions as assigned with appropriate wage pay up COMPENSATION:
