March 2023 SUMMARY The Business & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overall marketing efforts.
This individual will be an integral part of development and execution of marketing plans; in areas such as to reach targets from brand awareness and service promotion.
This individual will need to be able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
The goal of this position is to deliver an effective marketing program that will help the reputation and growth of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Business & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following items:
Assist with website development and design.
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Oversee outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.
) Liaise with external vendors and/or customers to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and customer retention efforts.
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (print, mailers, social media, e-mail, website, etc.
) Analyze marketing data (aircraft ownership, regional market changes, website traffic, etc.
) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Interface with current/new/potential customers at industry events, etc.
Provide support, as needed, for overall marketing budget tracking.
Assist with writing articles and content creation for the Company's website and marketing communications.
Assist with photography and filming to maximize promotion of the company.
Strong capabilities in utilizing Microsoft excel in collecting, sorting, organizing, and analyzing data.
Other tasks/projects as deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS To fulfill this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily, partly through strong and efficient time management capabilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar fields Computer science/web development experience COMMUNICATION SKILLS The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with government regulators, customers, employees, technicians, management, vendors, and associate companies.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
COMPUTER SKILLS Strong web development competencies, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Graphic Design abilities a plus MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics and accounting as it pertains to requirements.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to recognize problems in order to resolve and eliminate threats to the company.
GOVERNMENT AGENCY REQUIREMENTS Able to qualify for all TSA security clearance requirements, have a valid driver's license, and pass a pre-employment drug screening as well as random drug tests throughout employment tenure.
